Another small tweaking patch with a couple new additions
- Added a rarity system for enemies and spells
- New spell Chaser that homes in on the first enemy it gets close to
- New spell Beam, a rare, powerful, high cooldown aoe mass of destruction
- Added new rare enemy King Slime (its like slime but bigger)
- Updated shop functionality to account for more than 3 slots (not currently used for anything but who knows)
